Can I cancel my order or make any amendments?

Please contact us via email at hello@missou.com.au immediately and we will do our best to assist! Please make it very clear in the title what you need, for example CANCEL or AMENDMENT. Unfortunately, once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes. 

How do I know if my order was processed correctly?

You should automatically receive an order confirmation email from us. If its not in your inbox, you might need to check spam. 

Where is my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This will include your tracking number. You can use our shipping partners to track the shipment.

How can I return my order?

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for information on the return policy and how to make a return.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. Sign up to our mailing list and we will let you know when we expand globally.

What if I received a faulty item?

If you have received a faulty item, please immediately email us at hello@missou.com.au with clear images and descriptions of what is wrong, and we will assist with the matter. 

Will you be restocking anything that is no longer in stock?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of Missou creating capsule collections in small quantities, usually when a product sells out, it will not be restocked. 

What is your sizing like?

Please refer to our general size chart here. Each individual style is measured to ensure ease of buying and these charts are linked on the style’s product page.
