Thanks for shopping with us! We hope you love your ordered but if for any reason you don’t, we are happy to offer a return for a refund, or store credit.
Return Conditions
We offer returns on items for refund, or store credit of 110%. The items must be unused and undamaged, folded neatly in its packaging with its original tags attached. We ask that you please return the item without any sign of odour or makeup.
Return Window
Please submit your return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@missou.com.au. We recommend trying on your purchase as soon as it is received to ensure there is enough time to return them if needed.
Shipping Costs
Please note that for all returns, the original shipping charges and duties, and the return postage costs are non-refundable. We recommended including tracking as if the return parcel is lost or damaged in transit, this is the responsibility of the customer.
Store Credit
For store credit, we will issue you with a gift card of 110% the price of the items. There is no expiry date for a store credit. The price of the item will reflect the amount you paid, including any discounts.
Faulty Items
All Missou products are checked for quality before shipping. However, if you believe you have received a faulty item, please email us at hello@missou.com.au with photos of the issue within 7 days after receiving your parcel.
Our team will analyse the defects and if we determine it is a manufacturing defect, we will grant a return request and issue either a refund, exchange or store credit depending on what the customer prefers.
We unfortunately do not view slight colour variations compared to the screen, loose threads, or damage done by normal wear and tear, as faulty items.
