Order, Shipping & Delivery

 Order Processing

You will receive an order confirmation email from us as soon as your order has been processed. 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address so please be careful when entering these details. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we can not alter information.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship throughout Australia. We hope to expand to more countries soon.

 

Postage Partner

All orders are delivered with Australia Post. 

 

Order Dispatch Times

Orders will usually be dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, during busy periods please allow up to 48—72 hours.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be registered with the shipping partner.

Order Ship Times

Orders be shipped Monday to Friday. Please note if your order is placed on or after 12pm Friday, it will most likely not arrive until the following week. 

 

Australian Orders

Shipping	Estimated Delivery Time	Cost
Standard Shipping	2-6 Business Days	Complimentary.
Express Shipping	1-4 Business Days	Flat rate of $10 AUD. Complimentary over $250 AUD.

 

Urgent Shipping

In special cases where you need to receive your order faster than the estimated shipping times, please feel free to contact hello@missou.com.au and we will do our best to help you out!

 

Shipping Terms

Please note, Missou is not responsible for anything that happens to your parcel once it is handed to our shipping partners. This includes loss, theft or damage. If there are any issues, please email the postal service the order was shipped with or our team at hello@missou.com.au and we’ll see what we can do.
